How to make traditional Cacio e pepe

 Cacio e pepe - A traditional Italian pasta dish




This super easy dish is so simple to make, with a wonderful taste. Suitable for vegetarians.

Ingredients:

-Pasta                     -Whole Black pepper  

-Pecorino Cheese   -Salt


Instructions:

  1. Start by boiling the pasta in a pot on a stove for 5-4 mins
  2. Heat the pepper in a pan
  3. Take 2 mugs of pasta water to reserve for later
  4. Grate the pecorino cheese and add 1 mug of pasta water
  5. Add the pepper to the pasta and let it rest
  6. Add in the pecorino paste and let it melt into the pasta
  7. Serve and enjoy!
