How to make traditional Cacio e pepe
Cacio e pepe - A traditional Italian pasta dish
This super easy dish is so simple to make, with a wonderful taste. Suitable for vegetarians.
Ingredients:
-Pasta -Whole Black pepper
-Pecorino Cheese -Salt
Instructions:
- Start by boiling the pasta in a pot on a stove for 5-4 mins
- Heat the pepper in a pan
- Take 2 mugs of pasta water to reserve for later
- Grate the pecorino cheese and add 1 mug of pasta water
- Add the pepper to the pasta and let it rest
- Add in the pecorino paste and let it melt into the pasta
- Serve and enjoy!
